Fees
Different children benefit from different types of assessments. Eibhlin will help you to decide what type of appointment your child needs. Get in touch to start the booking process.

Initial Consultation Assessment
For children with a recent detailed speech and language therapy report including a recent assessment OR children with only 1 speech sound error, for example difficulties with /r/ sound.

Speech Sound Assessment
For children for whom the only area of concern is pronunciation, but they have difficulties with more than one sound.

Early Communicator Assessment
For young children, typically 0 – 3 years. Assessment involves a minimum of 2 appointments

Comprehensive Speech & Language Assessment
For preschool aged children and older, for whom there are concerns about understanding and/ or use of language and speech. This assessment typically requires children to be able to sit and engage with standardized assessments. This is completed over two appointments.

Stammering/ Stuttering Assessment
For children who stutter/ stammer. This follows best practice and involves a minimum of three appointments. It includes a detailed case history, screening of speech and language abilities, child interview if appropriate and a parent only feedback appointment.
*Reports
All assessment fees include a brief, 1 page, written summary of the assessment. A detailed assessment report can be requested at an additional charge.
